Register a Company in Pakistan?
In modern business world need of registration cannot be
overlooked. Pakistan is rapidly moving towards documented economy.
Due to rapid economic development thousands of companies are
registered each month in Pakistan. Process of Company Registration in Pakistan is made easy by the Government of Pakistan. Company
Registration in Pakistan is not a lengthy process.
In Pakistan Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan
(SECP) regulates the corporate sector. It is the sole regulator which registers
all types of companies, regulates, monitors, enforces and makes sure legal
compliance of various corporate laws.
For the purpose of Company Registration in Pakistan
SECP has established various registration offices in all major cities of
Pakistan, a registration office is termed as Company Registration Office (CRO).
Every registration office is undergoing registration process under the supervision
of many registrars.

1. Availability of Name
First step of company registration is to select and apply a
company name, while selecting company name make sure not to use the Prohibited Names.
After Promulgation of Companies Act, 2017 it is required that the
Nature of Business must be reflected in the company name, for instance trader,
importer & exporter, solutions, consultant, manufacturing, etc. Words of other
languages, such as Arabic, Persian, Spanish, can also be chosen as name of
company, but relevance is required.
Application for the availability of name may be filed online or
manually, on receipt of application the concerned CRO will intimate through
both email and letter in hard copy. Whether applied name is accepted or
rejected by CRO applicant will be informed. Any clarification or explanation
may be called by the CRO / Registrar.
2. Registration Documents
and Fees
After receipt of name availability letter from SECP deposit
incorporation fees and submit required documents.. The incorporation fees can
be paid using any bank challans at designated Muslim Commercial Banks (MCB) or
United Bank Limited (UBL) of your city. Following documents are required to be
submitted:

- Four copies
of Memorandum and Articles of Association signed by each director

3. Creation of User ID at
Web-Portal of SECP
If one wants incorporation of company through online process
then creation of User ID is necessary at the web-portal of SECP. Creation of
User ID is not a difficult process it’s just like creation of email account,
but simultaneously critical information is needed the correctness and reasonability.
4. Submission of Documents
In case of manual registration documents will
be submitted in hard copy to concerned CRO. In case of online incorporation all
documents will be submitted in PDF format through e-portal of SECP.
5. Certificate of
Incorporation
After submission of documents,
concerned officers of CRO will scrutinize all the documents. All documents
should be in line with the requirements of Companies Act 2017. In case of any
legal deficiency or need of explanations the applicant will be notified through
email in case of online incorporation. In case of manual registration concerned
CRO will indulge in face to face communication with the applicants.
After being satisfied that all
requirements of under various company laws has been fulfilled the concerned
registrar will issue Certificate of Incorporation along with a set of true
certified copies of the following documents :

Might under Trust Act , or Voluntary Social Welfare Organization Ordinance 1961 . Location of Hospital , is Village =Mehmed Chak , Kharian , District Gujarat Punjab Pakistan .

BUT this ID number is only for references or it is Charitable Registration Number etc , and certificate is necessary etc , All sort of plan Documents , I Will provide on my arrival in Pakistan [ March 2022] At this time I am in UK ,and want to by some material , and on behalf registration certificate I could get 40% less price , so for this reason I have been disturbed to KK Consultant .
