There are few steps that are required for the registrationof company
1. Creation of SECP user ID.
2. Name availability research
3. Preparation of Documents
a. Article of Association (AOA)
b. Memorandum of Association (MOA)
4. Submission of documents to SECP.
SECP has eService portal but this portal only works better on Internet Explorer.
Step 1:
Create SECP user id on SECP eservices portal.
Step 2:
Search your business name but be careful while choosing your company name as it should not be identical to other company name, controversy and other prohibited words.
Step 3:
Prepare your documents that are necessary for your company functions and policies.
Step 4:
Once the documents are ready, you can attach all those required documents on SECP user ID and submitted your company registration application to SECP
If SECP has some observations, it will contact you otherwise registered.
